No. Our experienced teachers guide students from the fundamentals to advanced practices in a supportive environment.
Yes. Our Yoga Teacher Training follows Yoga Alliance standards, allowing graduates to register internationally after successful completion.
We offer 200 Hour, 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, Meditation, Sound Healing and specialized wellness programs throughout the year.

We offer 3-Day, 5-Day, 7-Day and 14-Day Yoga Retreats designed for relaxation, healing and self-discovery.
Absolutely. Our retreats welcome beginners as well as experienced practitioners from around the world.
Accommodation, daily yoga classes, meditation, pranayama, nutritious vegetarian meals, sound healing sessions and wellness activities are included in most retreat packages.

Rishikesh is easily accessible by road, rail and air. The nearest airport is Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun.
Yes. Airport pickup can be arranged on request for an additional charge.
October to April offers pleasant weather, while many students also enjoy the peaceful monsoon season for retreats and meditation.
